We are recruiting for a newly created role for this expanding hotel/investment group with venues from London to Hilton Hotel Resorts Canada, Singapore, US and we are presently recruiting for a Junior Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, Receiptionist, Front Desk, Chef De, Beverage Manager, cleaner, Office Assistant, House keeping and HR Admin.

The role will be to support the National Operations Manager to ensure and assist with the day to day support for the venues and to ensure company standards are achieved and to work with the General Managers and teams work to SLA and brand standards.

The sites have international brands so ideally you will be from a branded hotel background and understand the importance to work to the standards required.

You will be able to travel to each unit on a regular basis and also when based at Head Office communicating with the Managers to drive and develop sales in all areas of the operations.

Good financial knowledge as well as having had previous experience of working with OTA’s etc and managing online bookings.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager and attending regular meetings with them and working to achieve KPI’s and achieve sales and budgeted targets.
